Chibuzor is a research, learning, monitoring, and evaluation expert, and have over 7 years of experience working with international and local non-profit organizations with excellent knowledge across several thematic areas in both humanitarian and development contexts. She is skilled in performing quantitative, qualitative, and mixed method studies and managing databases in addition to designing and strengthening MEAL systems across states in Nigeria.
She is a Certified Project Management professional with the University of Washington. She has also worked as a MEAL consultant with The International Research & Exchanges Board (IREX), Washington DC, USA.
