Bio
Patrick Sando is an experienced Research, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Impact Assessment professional with over ten years’ practical experience. He has supported both International and Local organizations in Uganda to develop and Implement results-oriented M&E systems over the years both as an employee, and a consultant.
Patrick’s increasing interest in tech for M&E; and Geo Spatial data utilization sparked his curiosity to be apart of HOT.
