I graduated from the University of Wisconsin—Madison with a PhD in Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences in 2017. My volunteer involvement in HOT started in 2014, first with mapping and then with software development on the Tasking Manager. I became a Voting Member of HOT in 2018.
