Kiggudde Deogratias

Deo joined HOT at the end of 2015 and has been actively volunteering with the set-up and running of the local OSM community organization called MapUganda. In his role at HOT, Deogratius work closely with the Country Manager to make sure all the mapping and data collection activities run smoothly. He also coordinates and supervises all remote mapping and field mapping activities in Uganda.
Deogratius joined HOT as a data collector/team leader through the Mapping financial inclusion project in Uganda during his final year of university. He has also worked as a Project Assistant on various remote assignments and projects.
He holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying and a PGD in Monitoring and Evaluation. Deogratius is passionate about mapping, surveying and the use of drone technology in the latter fields.
