Maimouna graduated from the private University African Institute of Management with a Masters in Business Administration.
Maimouna joined HOT with a good experience with the NGO Rosa Luxembourg Foundation. Indeed, for eight years, she held different positions in this organization (Administrative and Financial Assistant, Finance Manager for the Climate Change Funds, Office Manager) and worked for social and political transformation until July 2022.
Maimouna is very interested in social justice, equity, and educational projects and is part of the Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI). “ I am convinced that the World needs the commitment, experience, knowledge, and skills of its young people more than ever for the improvement of people’s living conditions” Maimouna Ndao
She enjoys working in Finance Management and she is excited to join the HOT team and contribute to our tremendous actions throughout the world.
