Maureen joins HOT as the People Operations Associate for the Eastern and Southern Africa Hub (ESA). People Management has always been my passion. With 19+ years of work experience centered on leading the Operation functions in one of the leading INGO in the world.
I am a global people leader who enjoys leveraging and creating innovative people strategies that build outstanding workplaces where employees are empowered, valued, thrive and prosper.
She holds a degree in Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Nairobi and Executive Support from the University of Cape Town.
