Sijibomi joins as the Global Human Resources Manager and will be responsible for leading decisions on policy and performance management, compliance, and compensation within the HOT team. Before this, she has a wealth of experience providing the lead and coordinating Human Resource processes within the Public, Private, and International Development Space. She has provided HR Advisory and Consultancy support to various Health and Governance focused projects funded by International agencies such as UKAid, USAID, EU, Nike Foundation, and the Norwegian Government in the area of Manpower planning, talent sourcing, and management, compensation structuring, policy development as well as change management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and a Master’s in Geographical Information Systems and International Human Resource Management. Sijibomi is passionate about talent development and organizational effectiveness. With peculiar interests in improving employee experience; organization culture and strengthening internal processes while ensuring all align with International best practices and the overall company values.
