Current RFPs
Requests for proposals (RFPs) are open calls for organizations and consultants for work in excess of $25,000 by policy, or lower if deemed necessary to find a qualified person or firm for the work. HOT will create and publish the terms of reference and evaluation criteria on the website and leave open for a minimum of 2 weeks.
