Bio
After travelling the globe working for Oxfam for 15 years, Fran is the founder & lead of the Sahana Eden project.
He was the first person to start putting many African cities onto the Map and the first person GroundTruthing during the Haiti Earthquake.
Not so much time to map actively these days but still a champion & user of OpenData for the Humanitarian community.
